SERVICE AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that the scope of the services provided is limited to:

  • 12 months of access to the online platform which contains recorded video lessons, and support materials.

BONUS:

  • Weekly group Q&A sessions that take place on Wednesdays at 4 pm PT / 7 pm EST. The company reserves the right to suspend these sessions or change the day, time, and facilitator without previous notice, as this is currently being provided as a Bonus.
  • Free salary negotiation advice on demand. This consists of a call to align the details of the offer and expectations for the negotiation, in addition to a negotiation email written by the Career Wizards team. This must be requested within 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Individual career coaching sessions are NOT included in this program.
  • Questions must be asked via the comment section of the platform or the group Q&A sessions. No advice will be provided via WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn messaging.

Payment terms: This is NOT a subscription. It is a payment plan consisting of 12 monthly installments of $69.90 each. You will need to inform your credit card information only once, and installments will be charged to your credit card monthly. All installments are due and are non-refundable, regardless of how long the client uses the platform for or how long it takes to land a new role.

Failed payments: The system will automatically retry to process failed payments up to three times. If a payment continues to fail after 3 attempts, an additional processing fee of $60 will be charged. In addition, any late payment is subject to a 3% interest fee/month.

Collection of failed payments: If a failed payment persists, Career Wizards will resort to a credit collection, third-party company to handle the issue.

Cancellation policy: If the platform does not meet your expectations, you can email Career Wizards and request a cancellation within 72 hours from the purchase date for a full refund.

Non-disclosure agreement:

No access sharing: By joining the program, you agree never to share your access information with others. You acknowledge that the company utilizes strict IT security protocols, and your access may be revoked if used by non-authorized individuals.

Infringement of intellectual property laws: By signing up for the program, you acknowledge that copying, modifying, reproducing, sharing, or distributing the proprietary materials provided throughout the program constitutes an infringement of intellectual property and may lead to legal penalties and fines.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
